Lexton University of California expects students to adhere to the ethical
principles and standards of professionals, and to uphold a personal standard of
conduct that reflects the values and philosophy of the University.
Lexton University of California has the confidence that the minds of our
students have been meticulously exercised in prior schooling and the
marketplace. When it comes to examinations, thesis or dissertations, Lexton
University of California expects students to accomplish these substantive
responsibilities with the customer or employer in mind rather than the
instructor/professor
Lexton University of California believes in the moral and ethical maturity
of all the members of the Lexton University of California community. However,
Lexton University of California begins with the assumption that each and every
person who enters the community as a student, faculty member, board member, or
administrator will conduct himself or herself with truthfulness and respect for
the integrity of truth and personal commitments.
In all its operations and for all its members, the University protects the
rights of inquiry and expression; neither funding considerations in research nor
theoretical perspectives in teaching and learning are permitted to infringe upon
these rights.
The grievance procedure and procedures implementing the policy on personal
conduct are intended to support university's commitment to the education of
professionals in an atmosphere of mutual respect and acceptance with full
protection of individual rights and academic freedom.
Lexton University of California specify that to the students who do not meet
the academic standards for continuance in the program, or demonstrate disrespect
of the ethical standards of the University, or those students who do not meet
their financial/tuition obligation to the University are subject to suspension
or dismissal. Tuition and fees paid by the student who is dismissed are subject
to the same refund policy applying to students who voluntary withdraw from the
University.
It is important that enrollees keep a copy of any enrollment agreement,
contract, or application to document enrollment; tuition receipts or cancelled
checks to document the total amount of tuition paid; and records which will show
the percentage of the course which has been completed.
California law requires that, upon enrollment, a fee be assessed in relation
to the cost of tuition (Education Code 94343). These fees support the Student
Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) a special fund established by the California
Legislature to reimburse students who might otherwise experience a financial
loss as a result of untimely school closure. The fund protects only California
residents. Institutional participation is mandatory. For further information or
