Lexton University of California reserves the right to suspend or terminate a
student from any program for any of the following reasons:
- Inadequate scholastic performance;
- Falsification of any work or records submitted for review and credit;
- Failure to make satisfactory progress towards degree completion;
- Failure to submit work or communicate with the University within 60 day period;
- Failure to maintain tuition payments;
- Student may be terminated for plagiarism.
Lexton University of California employs letter grades based upon a four
point grading system scaled as follows:

| B | 89 - 91 | 3.00 |
| B- | 86 - 88 | 2.75 |

| C | 80 - 82 | 2.00 |
| C- | 78 - 79 | 1.75 |
| D+ | 76 - 77 | 1.50 |
| D | 73 - 75 | 1.00 |
| D- | 70 - 72 | 0.50 |
| F | 00 - 69 | 0.00 |
| WP | Withdrew Passing | |
| WF | Withdrew Failing | |
| P | Pass | |
| I | Incomplete | |
Grades are reported to the students in writing by the academic office,
and will receive a Graded Report upon completion of each course. All work
submitted to Lexton University for a final grade becomes the property of
the University.
All graduate students must maintain a B average or above for graduation.
