The tuition refund policy of Lexton University of California is as follows: The refund shall be the amount the Student paid for instruction multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the percent of contract time not yet completed in the program for which the Student has paid, and the denominator of which is the total percentage of contract time completed in the program for which the Student has paid.

NOTE: In computing refunds, any interest charges and penalties paid to date of withdrawal are excluded from the amount paid for instruction.

Refund tables displaying the amount of refund at 10%, 25%, 50%, 60%, and 75% for all courses, Student may request and receive a full refund of any payment made within 5 days of the date of enrollment. Between 5 and 15 days, there will be a 75% of total tuition refunded, 16 and 31 days, there will be a 50% of total tuition refunded. There is no refund after 31 days. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation or withdrawal.
